2、项目名称:高分辨SAR影像变化检测关键技术及系统平台

项目概况:
? ? SAR影像变化检测在资源和环境监测、自然灾害的监测和评估、城镇区域规划与动态监测、军事测绘和打击效果评估等领域都有着越来越多的应用和需求,也是我国高分辨率对地观测重大专项研究的关键技术之一。目前该领域的核心技术仅仅掌握在少数发达国家手中,而客观存在的西方技术壁垒问题,使得我国在SAR影像处理和分析的系统平台方面相对比较落后。本项目在国家自然科学基金、国家“863”计划、科技创新工程重大项目等项目的资助下,针对SAR影像变化特征信息难以有效表示与学习、检测方法对影像差异图的数学模型依赖的瓶颈难题,通过自主创新,在变化信息获取、表示与分析等关键技术上取得了突破性进展,实现了SAR影像变化检测从基础理论研究到应用技术开发的转化,将大力推动SAR影像在各行各业的应用,能带来可观的经济效益。同时对完善我国SAR技术应用产业链,打破国外在SAR影像处理领域的垄断地位,也具有重要的社会效益。
? ? 主要技术发明:
? ? 1.发明了SAR影像学习变化检测技术,突破了变化信息难以有效表示与提取的瓶颈难题。结合SAR成像机理和地物散射特点,探索了结合方向特征和稀疏学习的变化信息表示,将贝叶斯理论与多尺度几何分析相结合,基于贝叶斯最大后验估计理论,设计了考虑变化信息方向聚集性的提取模型,发明了基于Treelet方向特征的变化检测技术;利用SAR影像的结构自相似性特点,建立了能自适应表示影像块的字典,构造了基于结构模型的变化信息恢复方法。
? ? 2.发明了基于启发式进化聚类的SAR影像变化检测技术,解决了检测方法对影像差异图的数学模型过渡依赖的瓶颈问题。借助生物智能的进化学习与协同感知机制,从工程优化的角度对候选变化区域进行智能分析,利用协同认知Memetic计算模型所具有的局部自适应学习与全局优化、选择性记忆与遗忘、容错分类等特性,构造了启发式进化聚类算法,建立了利用局部统计信息引导全局寻优的协同认知 Memetic 计算框架,发明了基于量子免疫克隆算法的SAR影像变化检测技术。
? ? 3.研制了基于CPU/GPU混合架构的SAR影像变化检测系统平台,实现了近线性的并行处理,所研制的SAR图像配准和变化检测并行系统平台支撑SAR影像去噪、配准和变化检测等功能,并成功应用于省内外多家相关单位。
上述发明内容获国家发明专利授权80项,App著作权3项,科研论著被SCI他引次数为316次,在国内外有重要的学术影响。所研制的SAR变化检测系统平台与国内外类似系统相比在影像配准和变化检测方面达到国际先进水平,研究成果得到了鉴定委员会的一致认可,认为 “项目研究成果已在多家单位应用,经济效益和社会效益显著。研究成果总体处于国际先进水平,在SAR图像变化特征表示和学习方面处于国际领先地位”。

3、项目名称:多功能分子影像探针技术及其在肿瘤诊疗的应用

? ? 本项目属于生物医学工程学科中的交叉学科研究领域,特别涉及分子影像探针技术及其在肿瘤诊疗中的应用研究领域。
? ? 恶性肿瘤是危害人们生命健康的重大疾病。目前我国有约220万肿瘤患者,肿瘤的早期监测和治疗是提高患者生存质量和治愈率的关键。然而,传统的X线、超声、CT等难以发现早期阶段的肿瘤,对其定位、定性诊断相当困难。随着分子影像探针技术的发展及在影像学中的不断应用,影像医学已从对传统的剖解和生理功能的研究深入到分子水平成像,为肿瘤的早期诊断、治疗及生物学特性研究带来了希翼。
? ? 本项目在国家自然科学基金项目的支撑下,结合多功能分子影像探针技术在肿瘤诊疗中的应用展开深入研究,主要内容有:
? ? miRNA-16分子和Doxorubicin在抑制肿瘤和细胞凋亡中的分子影像研究:miRNA-16在很多种类肿瘤中都表达缺失,被认为是一种“肿瘤抑制基因”,因而被广泛用于一种抗肿瘤药物。Doxorubicin(阿霉素)是现在临床上广泛使用的一种化疗药物。本项目通过构建Fluc-hNIS的miRNA-16双模态成像报告探针,在体研究了miRNA-16在胃癌中的表达变化,并且筛选到VP-16和5-FU这2种化疗药能够通过p38MAPK信号通路上调miRNA-16的表达。此外,本项目通过环化HSV1-TK报告探针,在细胞和动物水平上采用PET成像研究阿霉素在细胞凋亡过程中的作用机制。
? ? ApoG2抑制胃癌生长的机制及分子影像研究:ApoG2作为一种新型的Bcl-2/Bcl-xL蛋白小分子抑制剂,是一种广谱的抗肿瘤药物。本项目通过建立可稳定表达luciferase基因的SGC-7901-luc细胞系及胃癌皮下肿瘤模型,采用生物发光成像对ApoG2在体抑瘤效果进行实时动态评价,并且研究了ApoG2是否通过激活内质网应激凋亡通路对其诱导细胞凋亡的作用机制进行了探讨。
? ? GX1靶向胃癌血管生成的分子机制及成像研究:GX1是一种在胃癌肿瘤血管新生中特异性表达的多肽蛋白。本项目通过将新型荧光花氰染料CyIC与GX1化学偶联,从而构建了胃癌靶向的荧光分子探针CyIC-GX1,利用近红外荧光成像研究了该靶向分子探针在胃癌细胞水平和胃癌动物模型上对肿瘤的靶向结合能力,从而为肿瘤的早期诊断和检测提供了一种新的技术手段。

? ? 基于空间分布特征的公路交通与经济协调发展研究创新性地从空间分布角度分析公路交通设施与经济发展和人民出行的协调匹配性,提供了一种基于空间布设角度探讨公路交通网络规划的思想理念,采用了一种新兴的用于处理自然界复杂的、非规则的几何形态、行为或现象的非线性理论方法,弥补了传统的评价方法与指标的不足,更加科学合理地辨析了公路交通基础设施的空间分布状态,分析出了公路交通发展状况,探讨了公路交通基础设施的空间分布特征,凝练了公路网络的未来发展方向。该项目在研究视角与研究体系上区别于当前仅从经济学角度进行的公路设施的发展评价,具有较强的科学性与先进性。
本项目围绕公路建设发展中“路网规模”,“路网发展空间分布特征”以及“路网发展与经济发展的协调匹配分析”形成了一系列创新性学术成果,已发表论文15篇,多篇为EI和CSSCI检索,论文总引用次数达到180多次。该研究成果是申请人近年来围绕公路建设规模及路网发展与经济发展协调程度研究的学术思想汇聚和体现,相关学术成果已经得到了积极的引用,有多篇论文引用超过30次,产生了良好的学术影响和社会效益。

? ? 本项目自2005年起,得到了国家自然科学基金一系列项目的支撑,属于无线通信网络领域的前沿课题。
? ? 为了应对日益增长的无线网络业务量需求,无线网络呈现由密度分布不均匀的多种蜂窝小区(宏蜂窝/微蜂窝/微微蜂窝/家用小区)、多种无线网络形式(蜂窝网/无线局域网)、多种网络结构(有中心(基站/AP)/多跳(Ad Hoc/D2D))等异构融合的分层网络形态。项目组经过多年攻关,完备了无线网络容量理论,获得了分层无线网络的网络容量,揭示了网络形态、节点密度等对网络容量的制约或提升的本质内涵。提出了逼近网络容量的高效组网方法,使资源在物理网络间合理流动,有效改善了网络性能,研究成果具有重要的学术与工程应用价值。主要成果包括:
1、完备了无线网络容量理论。突破了分层网络结构下的网络容量分析途径,拓展了网络容量研究的维度,建立了网络“干扰-容量域”,获得了不同资源共享模式下网络容量占优的条件,为高效组网机制设计提供了重要的理论依据。
2、提出了匹配网络环境的业务整形方法,实现了业务域的自组织管理。利用分层网络各层差异性,依托不同资源共享模式下网络容量的占优条件,细粒度调控每一层的业务承载,高效均衡网络业务负载分布,大幅提升了网络频谱资源利用效率。
3、提出了全分布式的网络资源分配方法。针对分层无线网络中的巨量网络设备,重点关注规模化与开销、吞吐量等性能间的复杂制约机理,设计了高效的、逼近网络容量的全分布资源分配方法,实现了低组网开销与高网络容量之间的有效折衷。
? ? 项目成果申请国家专利10项,获授权发明专利5项;在国内外一流期刊、会议上发表学术论文52篇,被SCI检索34篇。分层无线网络容量被评价为“实现了迄今为止两个不同领域(多层蜂窝+Ad Hoc)的统一,所得结论对设计未来蜂窝网络具有很大的启发意义”。面向分层网络的业务域自组织管控方法发表于知名期刊IEEE Wireless Communications Magazine,入选当年最高访问量论文列表。项目成果为下一代无线网络的发展提供了重要的理论支撑。

??? 大飞机超大翼展弯曲变形量大、机翼液压管路系统变形和振动工况复杂。针对动态大变形服役环境下大飞机机翼液压管路耐久试验的需求和挑战,研制一种简洁、经济的大飞机机翼液压管路耐久试验模拟系统。在与真实机翼1:1尺度的25米大跨度模拟机翼上安装机翼液压管路,管路的走向及安装方式与真实飞机一致,通过计算机控制液压伺服系统,驱动模拟机翼逼真模拟飞机起飞及飞行过程中机翼的动态变形,考核当机翼大挠度弯曲变形并叠加微幅振动时,机翼液压管路的耐久性能。
项目取得的主要创新性成果有:
1.研制出大飞机机翼动态大变形下液压管路耐久试验的综合模拟系统,可实现翼展50m、翼尖大变形2628mm、振动频率0.2~1.5Hz、振幅2~10mm极端服役条件下的完整试验。
2.系统中的大柔度、高强度、高性价比模拟机翼,实现了极端服役条件下大飞机机翼动态复杂大变形状态的真实模拟。
3. 系统中的大小串联伺服加载液压缸及其控制技术,模拟了飞行时的气动载荷,解决了大飞机机翼动态大变形加载的难题。
研制的大飞机机翼液压管路模拟系统,形成了三项国家航空行业标准,获得五项国家发明专利,登记四项计算机App著作权,发表20篇研究论文,并成功地用于某大型飞机的液压管路考核之中。应用效果表明,系统性能稳定、工作可靠,社会与经济效益显著。
今后研发各类大翼展飞机、超大型民用客机时,都需要验证超大机翼的动态变形对机翼液压管路的影响,都可以借鉴或直接采用该成果的相关技术。该成果由于其技术先进、制造经济、易于工程实现的特征,必将继续产生更大的社会和经济效益。

本项目属于高分辨率光谱成像领域。高光谱成像在遥感地质和农业资源勘测,伪装目标识别等有广泛的应用需求。传统色散型光谱成像方法先对光谱进行色散,然后对每一个波段分别进行推扫曝光和成像,无法做到快速成像;此外,为了获得高空间分辨率,需要对光谱做更精细的划分,导致每个波段的光能量减弱,图像信噪比降低。因此,传统光谱成像方法很难做到空间、时间和谱间的同时高分辨率。如何获得高空间、时间和谱间分辨率的光谱图像是一个亟待解决的问题。 本项目在多项国家自然科学基金重点、面上及青年项目、教育部中央高校基本业务费等项目联合资助下,围绕高分辨率光谱成像的重大需求,探索光谱计算成像、高分辨率图像重建、以及光谱图像主观质量评价新理论。重点突破高分辨率光谱成像中的瓶颈问题,提升高分辨率光谱图像快速获取和高精度重建能力,提出了光谱成像新方法、发明新技术,研发新系统,创新出了智能图像评价新方法。主要创新工作:
1) 高分辨率成像新模式-多通道光谱混叠编码感知成像新方法:面向高分辨率光谱成像,提出了光谱混叠编码感知和全色图像联合成像的新方法,研制成功多通道混叠编码感知成像系统,进一步提高了成像性能,实现了时空谱高分辨率光谱图像的有效获取;
2) 光谱图像重建新模式-高分辨率光谱图像重建新方法:面向混叠光谱重建,提出了中心化图像结构稀疏表示模型,以及基于图像结构约束的光谱稀疏重建方法,实现了时空谱高分辨率光谱图像的精确重建;
3) 图像质量评价新方法-基于主观感知的客观质量评价新模型:面向重构光谱图像,模拟主观感知特性,提出基于大脑内在推导机制的客观质量评价方法,实现了对重构图像的智能质量评价。

诺贝尔经济学奖获得者斯蒂格列茨认为,新世纪对于中国来讲有三大挑战,居于首位的是中国城市化进程。中国的城镇化正与全球化、信息化、工业化等方面的机遇在时间上重叠并相互强化。对于快速城镇化的中国城市和区域决策者们而言,正确选择适合于中国国情和当地区域特色、资源环境条件、要素配制实现机制与配套条件的中国特色城镇化道路已成为当务之急。
本项目结合中国实际,深入地分析了中国特色城镇化发展的内涵、现状与成因。从理论分析和实证分析多个角度,对中国城镇化发展过程中的内在规律、影响因素进行了系统的分析研究,建立了中国城镇影响因素评价指标体系,并结合中国东中西部各省份影响因素的相关数据进行了实证对比分析,揭示出中国城镇化发展的总体特征;并在合理借鉴发达国家、发展中国家和新兴工业化国家等不同层次典型国家城市化发展模式的国际比较和主要经验的基础上,构建出城乡经济社会一体化的中国特色城镇化道路的总体思路和原则;并提出中国特色城镇化道路的实现机制与配套条件。为各级政府部门和相关企业提供了重要的决策参考。
本项目进行了大量实地调研,尤其对典型地区进行了扎实深入调查,获得了第一手资料,并与这些典型地区建立了长期的数据跟踪采集合作研究,从而充分保证研究结论的准确性,为中国特色城镇化的发展提供了科学可行、可操作的总体思路与实行方案,以及相应的配套措施和实施条件,具有重要的理论与应用价值。本项目研究成果分别被陕西省发改委、陕西省环保厅、陕西省住建厅在制定相关发展规划和相关政策措施上借鉴和应用,并在实践中产生了显著的社会效益。

? ? 该项目属于网络空间安全领域。“互联网+”、大数据、物联网等先后被确定为国家战略,IT行业成为国家经济发展支柱。能源交通、工业控制、航空航天、金融证券、商务政务等各个行业越来越依赖于网络信息系统。网络信息系统的安全保障已经成为各个重大行业健康发展的基础和关键。但是网络信息系统的开放性、网络化、复杂性、大规模、多任务等使得其安全保障面临的更大挑战。
网络信息系统安全防护是系统工程,终端系统安全与网络安全是相辅相成的,但是传统安全保障缺乏系统与网络的一体化安全设计,使得网络信息系统存在安全漏洞,导致安全防护无效。基于TPM的终端系统主动防御体系难以多方协同、开销大、不可配置,缺乏有效的远程认证方案,导致工业控制、航空航天等特定领域难以应用。多任务的终端系统缺乏有效的任务隔离机制,无法进行有效的精细化可信控制,系统可靠性差。缺乏全程终端和网络设备的监控,系统可控性差。该项目从横向协同保护、纵向主动防御、分区分级控制三个方面展开研究,提出了系统与网络的一体化安全保护框架,形成了完备的网络信息系统主动防御体系。
1、横向协同保护:协同考虑终端系统与网络传输安全防护,建立了系统与网络的一体化安全设计框架,提出了可信网络安全连接架构;基于通用可组合安全模型,设计了可信网络连接(TNC)协议模型,发明了多域网络环境下基于可信计算基的终端接入和跨可信域的认证方法,构建了“端-网”安全可信链,弥补了系统安全与网络安全分别设计而导致的安全漏洞,克服了传统用户认证缺少平台安全关联的隐患,实现了终端系统与网络传输安全防护的协同考虑,形成了系统与网络的一体化安全防护体系。所发明的认证方法具有可扩展性和可证明安全性。
2、纵向主动防御:将基于可信计算的终端系统自身验证扩展到网络环境,提出了网端协同的主动防御机制,发明了基于可信计算基的终端系统度量验证方法,解决终端系统的自身的安全保护问题。所发明的方法具有低功耗、可裁剪、可配置等特点,适合于嵌入式终端、航空航天等网络信息系统。
3、分区分级控制:针对多任务系统的安全隔离和精细化可信控制的需求,提出了分区安全控制体系,发明了分区多级安全控制方法,包括分区安全隔离方法、分区安全通信方法、分区身份认证方法。所发明的方法具有高可靠性和可证明安全性,适合于航空航天等网络信息系统。
该项目已授权技术发明专利10项,形成专利池,制定中国国家标准1项。在ACM、IEEE、中国科学等期刊上发表学术论文60多篇,其中SCI检索50余篇,累计他引800余次。
相关技术已经被宇龙计算机通信(深圳)科技有限企业、中国航空工业集团企业西安航空计算技术研究所、中国航空工业集团企业成都飞机设计研究所等采用,保证相关网络信息系统的安全性,经济社会效益显著。
